Hunter is a Hilton Head Island native and grew up on the beaches and waterways of South Carolina. His love of the Lowcountry took him to College of Charleston where he graduated with a degree in Business Administration. Since that decision, he has been proud to call Charleston home for over nine years and considers it a privilege to live in this historic city. 

As a licensed Realtor in the State of South Carolina, his passion lies in finding others their slice of paradise, whatever that may be. In Hunter’s tenure with King & Society he has gained experience in navigating the home ownership process from investment analysis, negotiations, through execution. He excels with first time home buyers, newcomers to the area, and identifying cash flowing investment properties, all with a personal touch to make the process smooth and streamlined.
