- Favorite view in Charleston? From the pier at the Cooper River Room underneath the Ravenel Bridge
- Which teams do you root for? New York Yankees, Miami Dolphins and the Tennessee Volunteers (and whatever school my son ends up playing for!)
- If you could have lunch with anyone (dead or alive) who would it be? Alive: Elon Musk because he just seems to have it all figured out. Passed: My grandfathers, Hubert Messick and Woorley Webb. One because I have so many fond memories growing up, and the other because I never got to meet him.
Alex Webb has lived in Charleston for 35 years and has been embedded in our region’s housing market for almost as long. A veteran home-builder and renovator, he was drawn to our team thanks to “the people and a desire to do things the right way.” In his role with King & Society, Alex enjoys the opportunity to work on everything from fixer-uppers to multi-million dollar homes.
Alex has been a Licensed Residential Contractor since graduating from Trident Technical College in 1991. For over 25 years, he worked with A.N. Webb Homebuilders, building hundreds of homes throughout the Lowcountry. Alexander also worked as a Project Manager for Reavis-Comer Development, overseeing home construction in downtown, North Charleston, and Mount Pleasant.
He and his wife Christina stay busy thanks to their family of seven children, plus a loveable cat named Meow Meow. In his spare time, Alexander enjoys baseball, shooting sports, golf, and billiards. He lives in Oakridge Estates in Summerville, but will forever love the charm and history of downtown.
